We are sure we can create something to make your mouth water! Let your imagination take your taste buds to that special place while glancing over some sample dishes, like our scallops stuffed with chorizo and sage and wrapped with plantain and prosciutto served over warm salsa verde and a sweet corn tamale, or our malta braised pork served on honey roasted plantains with a tamarind glaze, shrimp wrapped in bacon stuffed with lump crab and topped with tequila lime sauce, frog leg hot wings with creamy garlic sauce, coffee braised short ribs with honey chipotle glaze and sage chips or a piece of homemade char grilled pizza with roasted garlic cream sauce fresh basil and tomato pancetta buffalo mozzarella and balsamic reduction.

At Kreations we always believe in leaving room for dessert. So let us tickle your taste buds with one of our homemade treats, like Banana Foster Cheesecake, Mango Sorbet with Chili Lime Powder, Red Velvet cake with Pecan Streusel or our Famous Cracked Coconut, Coconut Ice Cream with Kahlua Custard in a Chocolate Shell that has been dipped in Toasted Coconut!

Yes it's true! We do even try our hand at specialty cakes. If you are having a grand event and you want a show stopper to impress your guest we will be sure to create a cake that will still the show.
